A Heart of Flesh
The thing about starting over is that you get a brand new slate. I compare it to writing in pencil and trying to erase your mistakes. Evidence of your error will always be there (if you don’t tear up your the paper first). With a clean sheet of paper you can start brand new.
I walked by the fridge the other day and I noticed a magnet that said, “A new heart I will give you (and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.) ” Ezekiel 36:26.
This has probably been there for the last decade, but for some reason I just noticed it.
I may have written before about how I wished I could be more like the younger version of myself. Less jaded, to put it simply. I’m not sure I can ever get completely back there but I am starting to feel more like the old me. Stronger and more positive.

I have never seen that verse before; but as I read it a tear dropped from my eye. That is so beautiful.
It is, isn’t it? Good to see you, Tam!
That was a great line, I love reading Bible. it is so uplifting when I need it the most. I am recently single and I can’t wait to feel stronger and more positive again.
Funny I think a break from the internet can sometimes be the source to renew positivity, but that’s just me. I am glad you are taking on a more positive attitude. You seem light and that’s dope.
